Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services, website, or resources provided by Bhole Shyam Jeev Jantu Manav Seva Mission Foundation (CIN: U88900UP2025NPL234954), registered with the Government of India, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website (bholeshyamfoundation.com), participation in our programs (Gau Seva, Annadan, Education), and donations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
About Our Trust
Bhole Shyam Jeev Jantu Manav Seva Mission Foundation is a humanitarian and animal-welfare trust committed to helping needy individuals and protecting voiceless animals. Registered at 38, New Prakash Nagar, Near B.S.A. College Road, Mathura – 281004, Uttar Pradesh, India, our mission is to uplift society with compassion, dignity, and continuous service. We are registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act and hold valid 12A, 80G, DARPAN, and e-Anudaan registrations.
Use of Services and Programs
Our foundation runs multiple programs including Education Support for Children, Cow Welfare (Gau Seva), Feeding Stray Dogs, Health Service Camps, and Flood Relief. Participation is subject to eligibility and availability. Beneficiaries must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to prioritize aid based on the urgency of needs and available resources, particularly in disaster relief scenarios.
Donations and Contributions
Donations are voluntary contributions towards our charitable objectives. We accept donations via our official bank account (State Bank of India, A/C No.: 44633843172, IFSC: SBIN0000678). Donors will receive acknowledgment receipts. Tax exemption certificates (80G) will be provided as per applicable Indian tax laws. Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of technical error.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including the foundation logo, text, and images of our seva activities, is the property of Bhole Shyam Jeev Jantu Manav Seva Mission Foundation. Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction without written permission from the Founder, Amit Garg, is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation, its Founder, trustees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or participation in our events. We strive to provide the best care in our medical camps and feeding programs but cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
