Charitable Donations
Bhole Shyam Jeev Jantu Manav Seva Mission Foundation is a non-profit organization. Donations made to the trust are for the welfare of society and animals (Cow Welfare, Dog Feeding, etc.). As a general rule, donations once made are not refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following specific circumstances: 1. If a donation was made due to a technical error (e.g., double deduction). 2. If an erroneous amount was transferred. In such cases, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Process
To request a refund due to an error, please email bholeshyamseva@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your transaction details, date, amount, and the reason for the refund. We will verify the claim and, if valid, process the refund within 15-30 working days.
Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time by contacting your bank or notifying us at least 10 days before the next scheduled deduction.
